[current music: biologiq & def monk- hunted (akoff remix)]

    hey y'all,
doin' some more tinkering. i added a link to listen to a realaudio stream of my current playlist (see sidebar). let me know if it works okay for you (might be glitch-y yet). i also decided to only show my latest post on the main page. the last 10 posts are shown in the sidebar and archived posts are, well... archived. i think that i'll "go public" with this whole thing once i get out to oregon. until then, it's just a for a couple of my friends & some family.

here's a photo of nika, mum & i taken at harper's ferry, west virginia (dad, of course, took the photo). we stopped there briefly on our way to northern VA during the winter holiday.

Okay, i'll leave you with some Harold & Maude:

Maude: What kind of flower would you like to be?
Harold: I don't know. One of these, maybe. (points to sunflower)
Maude: Why do you say that?
    Harold: Because they're all alike.
Maude: Oh, but they're NOT! Look. See, some are smaller; some are fatter; some grow to the left, some to the right; some even have lost some petals. All kinds of observable differences! You see, Harold, I feel that much of the world's sorrow comes from people who are *this*, yet allow themselves to be treated as *that*.

    xoxo
